This is the most recent Britt Family Picture. It was taken in December 2006. As you can see we are missing one great son-in-law, Jackson. He married Celeste August 2007. Our family has grown and continues to change each year.

Crystal (bottom row, third from the left) is currently living in New York with her Aunt Jeanne and Uncle Dan and cousins, Danielle, Nick and Nate. She has been there since September 2007. She is working for Pearson Publishing in New Jersey. She appreciates this opportunity and has had some fun times with her extended family.

Celeste (bottom, second from left) and Jackson live in Logan, Utah. Jackson is a student and works in his fathers' law firm. Celeste continues to work at Miller Beef. They just recently went through an apartment fire. What a mess and an inconvenience. Thank goodness they had renter's insurance. Jackson is now the Utah State Student Body Vice-President. Hurray for the Aggies! Sarah and Jason (top right)are in Columbus, Ohio. He is finishing his second year of dental school. Sarah works for Ohio State in the pathology department and teaches aerobics in the evening. They have their own blog at jasonandsarahnelson.blogspot.com. They are so much fun and have so much going on. We really miss them. Bonnie (top left) works for Ken Garff Nissan, a car dealership. She is doing great. She is planning on moving to New York this April. She will be working with her cousin Danielle and living with her sister. She has an account on FaceBook where she posts some of her crazy adventures and pictures of friends and family. Ben (bottom right) has changed the most. He is 5'10" and a sophomore in high school. He is driving and loves the guitar and begrudgingly continued his piano lessons. He is a remarkable young man.
Ariel (bottom left) is 13 and in 7th grade this year. She continues to play the piano and loves to dance and sing. She is the most sought after babysitter in our ward, and is making some great money. She is a great example for everyone. This picture is of just the kids. I love how happy they all are.
The bottom picture includes our dogs. Crystal has Kyla. She is the cutest pooch ever. I call her my grand-dogger, even though technically they all are, Kyla has won my heart.

Ellie is Ben's dog. He has had him for 2 1/2 years. He is really smart and well-trained. He is an indoor dog only because he jumps all of our fences and loves to run. We have not found anything to keep him in.

Jonesy is Bonnie's dog from Grand Junction. He is getting old and grey, but a great dog, nonetheless. Well, that is a brief introduction. We also have a cutie-pie, Jazzy-Fay that lives with us. I will post her picture next blog.

Funny Story

I had a bit of an embarassing experience at work on friday. So, I came out of the bathroom and you guys all know that sometimes it takes me a while.......and one of my friends at work asked me what took me so long. Without really thinking, I said "I'm just an anal wiper......" Everybody started laughing so hard, and it took me a while to realize what I had said. So then I tried to correct myself and dug myself into a deeper hole....."I mean, everyone is an anal wiper.....but I am anal about wiping.....you get what I'm saying...right?" This is yet another embarassing moment I will never live down. Notice I decided to pollute our family blog with this story rather than my own. I figure I've said enough about my "issues" on my other blog......

Our First Post

Well guys, here it is. The moment you've been waiting for! Our very own Britt Family Blog!!! It is going to be great. Remember when we wanted to paint the words "Britt Family Expedition" on the cheeselog? That is the inspiration for our blog title. All of us can post pictures, or comments about things going on in our lives. It will be a great way to keep in touch, and I promise, blogging can be contagious. Of course, I added my own blog site to our list of friends, and we can keep adding as we make more blog friends. Oh, and sorry Dad, I couldn't find any plain black backgrounds. I thought you might like this background with the earthy tones, hopefully it will remind you of being out in the quarry digging up those dino bones! Let me know what you guys think!
